Donna is the Best!

I've been taking classes regularly at Healthful Journey since the beginning of 2007. Donna is a great teacher and a sweet person. Her studio is cozy and welcoming, and it doesn't take long for new students to feel like "part of the family." Donna always goes to great lengths to personalize each class, regardless of class size, and caters from beginners to those super serious folks. Since she is so accommodating, be careful what you ask for... you just might get it. If you ask for an invigorating work out, you are going to get put through the ringer (in a good way, of course). At the same time, requests for restorative, meditative, flowing, etc. sessions won't go unanswered. Basically, it's all good with Donna and Healthful Journey. Amazing

I have been extremely impressed with Healthful Journey Yoga. I tried Yoga for the first time after meeting Donna. I have had sleep issues for years and alot of problems with my back due to a degenerative disc disease. After my first Yoga session I slept amazing and really found that Donna works with you no matter what level you may be. I was also extremely impressed! Donna finds out if anyone has a special request for the day and will taylor the stretches to meet those individual needs. I would have never imagined myself to be in a Yoga class but thanks to Donna's incredible personalized approach, I will be attending class at Healthful Journey Yoga for a long time to come. - Danna

Donna is an amazing instructor with a variety of classes and levels of yoga. I arrived at her studio feeling stressed from work and life issues. It was nice to take one hour out of my day to relax. Healthful Journey Yoga at Days End

I can find myself, at the end of a day, wrapped tight, glass shoulders, shallow breathing, distracted thinking and a need to draw inward. I love yoga, I don't mind practicing by myself, but when I'm even too t/wired to do that, I seek Donna Brown at Healthful Journey. It is the best yoga in the Broomfield metropolitan area! Period. End of sentence. I know I've shopped around. No hype. Why? Knowledge, with yoga and a medical background in nursing. Skill - ask for the restorative goddess pose - you'll see what I mean. And Ability - in listening, in tailoring a session to meet your needs, even when your not the only one in the room. Finally, it's the quiet, genuine experience. With an instructor that cares.
