Welcome to Healthful Journey Yoga Studio! You are about to embark on a healthful journey to achieve and maintain an optimal state of wellness and wellbeing through participation in a consistent yoga practice. The fun, energizing and relaxing yoga classes will assist you in reaching all your fitness and wellness goals into the New Year!
Healthful Journey Yoga offers a variety of yoga classes for people new to yoga as well as those who have practiced yoga for months or even years, and would like to deepen their yoga practice. Classes are usually 75 minutes in length and are offered at convenient times during the day and evening (as listed below) to accommodate busy work schedules. Will also travel to your home or business for on-site classes.
